Office Assistant / Administrative Support

We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to provide support for multiple businesses. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work, is detail-oriented, and can manage a range of office responsibilities efficiently.

 

Hours:

  • $15-$18 per hour
  • 30–40 hours per week

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to multiple businesses and team members
  • Assisting employees with various office-related tasks
    Picking up and delivering mail and packages from the post office
  • Filing, organizing, and maintaining office records
  • Answering phones and responding to emails
  • Data entry and document preparation
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies
  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
  • General office duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and email
  • Dependable, professional, and self-motivated
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred for post office and errand duties
