Office Assistant / Administrative Support
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to provide support for multiple businesses. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work, is detail-oriented, and can manage a range of office responsibilities efficiently.
Hours:
- $15-$18 per hour
- 30–40 hours per week
Responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to multiple businesses and team members
- Assisting employees with various office-related tasks
Picking up and delivering mail and packages from the post office - Filing, organizing, and maintaining office records
- Answering phones and responding to emails
- Data entry and document preparation
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- General office duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and email
- Dependable, professional, and self-motivated
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred for post office and errand duties
